What are Three Wicks Candles made of?
All of our candles are hand-poured using 100% organic soy wax. We never use paraffin or blends — just clean-burning, eco-friendly soy.
Do your candles contain toxins or harmful chemicals?
No! Our candles are made with phthalate-free and paraben-free fragrance oils. They're safe for your home, family, and furry friends.
Are your candles safe for people with asthma or sensitivities?
Yes. Many of our customers with asthma or fragrance sensitivities choose our candles specifically because they’re clean-burning and made with gentle, high-quality ingredients.
Are your candles pet-safe?
Absolutely. We take extra care to ensure all our ingredients are pet-safe. Still, we always recommend burning candles in a well-ventilated area and never leaving them unattended around pets.
🕯️ Ordering & Pickup
Can I pick up my order instead of shipping it?
Yes! We offer free local porch pickup in Courtice, Ontario. Just choose the pickup option at checkout, and we'll email you when your order is ready.
How long does it take for pickup orders to be ready?
Most orders are ready within 3–7 days. If you need something sooner, send us a message — we’ll always try to accommodate!
