Give Your Favourite Candle Vessel a Second Life

Have you ever bought a candle in a beautiful vessel, saved it for a special occasion — and never actually burned it? We've all been there. With the Three Wicks Eco-Refill Program, you can burn your candle freely, knowing your vessel can be cleaned, refilled with a new scent (or your favourite one), and enjoyed all over again.

Our candle refill service is a sustainable, cost-effective alternative to buying new — and it's our way of reducing waste one pour at a time. All Three Wicks jar vessels are eligible for refilling.

How Candle Refill Pricing Works

Refills are priced at $2.00 per ounce of wax used — and you only pay for what actually goes into your vessel. If your jar holds 8 oz but we can fill it with 7 oz, you're charged for 7 oz. Every pour is weighed so you always get exactly what you pay for. No guesswork, no waste.

Our Refill Process

• Every vessel is thoroughly cleaned before refilling.
• Each jar is water-tested to ensure there are no leaks prior to pouring.
• You always get your own vessel back — we never refill jars for resale.
• Choose the same signature scent or try something new.

How to Drop Off Your Vessel

We offer two convenient drop-off options:

🏡 Option 1 — Porch Drop-Off (Home)

Drop your vessel off in the tote on our porch — it's always out and ready for you. Simply include a note (or a piece of paper inside the bag) with the following:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• The scent you'd like

Once your candle is ready, we'll reach out to arrange pick-up.

🛍️ Option 2 — Drop Off at Markets Ontario (Bowmanville)

You can also drop off your vessel at our booth at Markets Ontario in Bowmanville. Here's how:

1. Complete the refill form available at our display.
2. Place your vessel in the bag provided.
3. Place the bag in the bin under the display.

We'll reach out when your refill is ready for pick-up at Markets Ontario.
